The movie really shoked me! Black people are no longer slaves,but they are really treated badly by white people in America.White people only judge them by the colour of their skin.It's really absurd and disgusting.
Ms. Gruwell,a determined and interlligent woman,wanted to transform her students.Most of her students are black people.They hated white people and lived an unhappy life.But Ms. G. wanted them to live a quiet and happy life:no bias,no violence and no crime.
She tried to change her students.But she failed again and again.She still had enough patience.At last,she managed to find some books related to black people.She tried to understand them and shared her experience
with her students.That did make effect!Then,her students began to write a diary and let Ms. G. to check it.After that,she got well with each of her student.She made great progress and succeeded.
That made me think of my English teacher when I studied in senior high school,He always encouraged me to do better when I made progress in English.I still remember a lot about that.
And I am determined to be an excellent teacher just like Ms. G..
